Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund only if:

• You are not satisfied with the article/write-up
  or

• You do not like the design/graphics created for your feature

To receive a refund, you must request it within 24 hours after your article or design has been delivered for preview.

No Refund After 24 Hours

Once 24 hours have passed after delivering the article/design:

• Refund will not be issued

• Any revisions or changes will be charged additionally (if requested)

Because after publication workflows start — writing, editing, designing, SEO, and scheduling — therefore refunds cannot be processed beyond the 24-hour window.
